By accessing or using Outreach Compass (the "Service"), operated by OpStudio EU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Outreach Compass is a map-first CRM platform that helps sales teams find businesses via Google Maps, research them with AI, and generate personalized outreach. The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS application.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing members, roles, and permissions within their organization.
The Solo plan is free and includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
The Team plan is billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at support@outreach-compass.com for refund requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of data obtained through the Service (including business information from Google Maps and AI-generated content) complies with applicable laws and regulations.
The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to generate lead research and outreach messages. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Maps, Stripe, Clerk, and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Compass and OpStudio EU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
