Outreach Compass ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by OpStudio EU. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at outreach-compass.com (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you create or join an organization, we also store the organization name and your role within it.
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including leads you create, pipeline activity, search queries, and feature usage. This data is scoped to your organization and used to provide the Service.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
When you use Google Maps search or AI research features, data is processed through Google Maps Platform and Anthropic APIs respectively. This data is used solely to deliver the requested feature and is not stored beyond what is necessary for the Service.
